Privacy policy
This is a small personal blog run from the UK. Here's what happens to your data, in plain English, following UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, sent to me by email so I can reply to you.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, so I can let you know about new posts and shop updates.
- Theme preference:whether you prefer light or dark mode, stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
I don't use cookies, and I don't run any analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
How I use it
Contact form and newsletter data is used only to reply to you or send you posts you've asked for. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
Who processes it
Emails are sent using Resend, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both handle data on my behalf.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time. Just email me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think I've handled your data badly.

By using this site, you agree to the following:
- Not medical advice. Everything here is personal opinion and experience, not medical guidance. For diagnosis and treatment, see coeliac.org.uk or your GP.
- Content ownership. All writing, photos, and recipes are mine unless I say otherwise. You can share links, but don't republish full posts without asking.
- External links. I link to other websites in good faith, but I'm not responsible for their content or accuracy.
- Shop. Products are printed to order by a third-party print partner. Their terms apply to production and shipping.
